The Confederation of Real Estate Developers’ Associations of India (CREDAI), Coimbatore chapter, held a panel discussion on the recently released white paper titled “Coimbatore Real Estate—Leading the Upswing” at Hall E, CODISSIA Trade Fair Complex, on 9th August 2025.
The panel featured Rajesh B Lund, President, Indian Chamber of Commerce and Industry, Coimbatore; Gugan, President Elect, CREDAI Tamil Nadu; Parthiban, Managing Director, Bull Machines, Coimbatore; and Naved Narayan, Vice President – Mobility Solutions and R&D Center Head, Coimbatore, Bosch Global Software Technologies.
The session was moderated by Siva Krishnan, Senior Managing Director, Chennai and Coimbatore, Residential Services, JLL India.
The white paper was jointly prepared by CREDAI and JLL, a global real estate services company.
Notably, the white paper was released during the inaugural ceremony of Fairpro, a home buyers’ expo organised by the CREDAI Coimbatore chapter.
