Karpagam Academy of Higher Education conducted its Student Induction Programme on 7th July 2025 to welcome the new batch of students and their parents.
Sujith Kumar, AVP & HR Business Leader at Infosys and Founder and Managing Trustee of the Maatram Foundation, graced the occasion as the Chief Guest.
Ragavi, Dean, Faculty of Arts, Science, Commerce, and Management, delivered the Welcome Address, warmly greeting the incoming students and their families.
Vasanthakumar, President of Karpagam Academy of Higher Education, delivered the Presidential Address. He welcomed the large gathering and congratulated the parents for prioritising quality education for their children.
In his inspiring speech, he emphasised the timeless value of education, drawing references from the Thirukkural to highlight its importance. He also encouraged students to acquire skills that enhance their employability in today’s dynamic job market.
The Chief Guest, Sujith Kumar, stressed the significance of women’s education and urged students to recognise the true value of learning in their lives. He also provided insightful career guidance, particularly for students from the Computer Science stream, helping them understand emerging opportunities in the tech industry.
