The Department of Food Processing Technology and PSG Food Processing Centre, in association with the Association of Food Scientists & Technologists of India (AFST(I)) at PSG College of Arts and Science, organized a Symposium on Food Tech Nexus: Innovative Approaches for Better Health and Nutrition on 06.03.2025 at the college. The objective of the symposium was to understand, explore, and promote innovative food technologies that enhance health and nutrition.
