Fairpro, the three-day home buyers’ festival organised by the Confederation of Real Estate Developers’ Associations of India (CREDAI), Coimbatore chapter, was inaugurated today (8th August 2025) at Hall E, CODISSIA Trade Fair Complex.
The expo was inaugurated by the Chief Guest, Haritha Poornima, General Manager, Network 3, LHO, State Bank of India, by ribbon-cutting and lighting of the lamp.
The inauguration was held in the presence of Arvind Kumar, President, CREDAI Coimbatore; Surender Vittel, Chairman, Fairpro; Sanjana Kumar, Secretary; Karthik Kumar, Treasurer; and Rajesh B. Lund, Director, Srivari Finance & Leasing Company.
The expo will be held from 8th to 10th August 2025, between 10:00 a.m. and 8:00 p.m., with free entry for visitors.
Over 100 projects from more than 30 developers are being showcased.
The knowledge partner, JLL, along with CREDAI, released a market survey report on Coimbatore’s real estate sector at the event.
