Tata Motors recently launched its highly anticipated electric SUV, Harrier.ev, in Coimbatore at SGA Motors, marking the first launch of the vehicle in Tamil Nadu.

Speaking at the launch event, a company spokesperson said, “The vehicle was launched last month, and bookings have exceeded our expectations.”

The Harrier.ev comes equipped with several advanced features at a highly competitive price, making it a standout in the electric vehicle market. Notably, it is Tata’s first four-wheel-drive electric vehicle, offering both performance and innovation.

While similar electric SUVs offering super-premium features are often positioned in much higher price brackets, the Harrier.ev delivers comparable technology and performance at a significantly more accessible price point. Priced between ₹21.49 lakhs and ₹29.49 lakhs, it stands out as one of India’s most awaited and cost-effective electric vehicles in its segment.

The vehicle is available in five colour options: White, Pure Grey, Oxide, Nainital Nocturne, and Stealth. Highlighting the vehicle’s safety features, the spokesperson added that the base variant includes six airbags, while the top variant is equipped with seven airbags—making it one of the safest electric vehicles in its category.
