The Rotary Club of Coimbatore Centennial laid the foundation stone for the construction of a common facility stage at Government Primary School, Karattumedu, and conducted a bhoomi pooja on 10th November 2025.
The construction is part of a District Priority project of Rotary International District 3206 for 2025–2026, named ‘Daughters,’ and is also a community service initiative.
Rtn. Govindarajan, President of the club; Rtn. Sakthivel, initiator of the project; Rtn. Murugesan, Chairperson of the Daughters project; Rtn. Arulsamy, Chairperson of Community Service; Rtn. Varadharajan, District Director; along with other club Rotarians, teachers, and students participated in the event.
