The Rotaract Club of Coimbatore Crystals organized a session recently named Money Matters focusing on the importance of savings at Gandhimanagar Government Higher Secondary School,
Rtr Mehasri, District Trainer held the session. The event was part of the club’s ongoing efforts to promote financial literacy and cultivate good financial habits among children.
The session, tailored to suit the age group of the students, began with an interactive talk on the value of saving money, the importance of planning for the future, and how small steps can lead to big achievements.
To further inspire the children and give them a hands-on start, the club distributed colourful piggy banks to each student. The gesture not only delighted the young participants but also encouraged them to put the lessons learned into immediate practice.
The event received a warm response from the students and teachers alike, leaving a lasting impression on the young minds.
