Rathinam College of Physiotherapy (RCP) announces its outstanding performance at the prestigious “Physio Arise 2024”, an intercollegiate meet organized by the Tamil Nadu Physiotherapy Doctors Association (TPDA) in honour of World Physiotherapy Day, at SMS Mahal, Saravanampatti, recently.
The event featured a diverse lineup of scientific, creative, and cultural competitions, held both offline and online.
Physio Arise 2024 brought together students from 11 top-ranking physiotherapy colleges across Tamil Nadu, creating a highly competitive atmosphere. Rathinam College of Physiotherapy fielded a strong group of 52 students who showcased their talent, innovation, and creativity in a variety of contests, and emerged as one of the event’s standout performers.
Rathinam’s students achieved remarkable success in multiple categories, securing 1st prize in Face Painting, 2nd prize in the Physio Innovation Contest, Painting Contest, and Short Film Contest and 3rd prize in Poster Presentation, Quiz, Vegetable Carving, Mehndi, Solo Dance, and Group Dance.
In recognition of their exceptional performances, students were awarded certificates, medals, and cash prizes. Rathinam College of Physiotherapy secured the 2nd runner-up position among all participating institutions, further solidifying its reputation for excellence in the field.
This impressive achievement is a testament to the hard work and dedication of Rathinam’s students, who were guided by the leadership and expertise of Karthikeyan Principal of Rathinam College of Physiotherapy. He was also honoured during the event for his significant contributions to the field of physiotherapy.
