The highly-anticipated Phoenix Mall project has officially begun in the city. The 9-acre, mega-project is getting developed right beside the famous Radisson Blu Hotel. The mall’s construction is expected to be completed in 4 years.
Astrea Real Estate Developers Private Limited, a subsidiary of The Phoenix Mills Limited completed acquisition of a land parcel in Coimbatore back in August 2024 and announced that it will develop a premium retail destination on this land parcel.
Phoenix Mills Limited expressed earlier that this upcoming retail centre can cater to the untapped and growing retail demand in this city, and this mall will be its second retail development in Tamil Nadu, following the success of its first development in Chennai, namely Phoenix MarketCity and Palladium Chennai.
There is an incredible craze in the city over this project, as it is the first offering from the prestigious Phoenix Mills Group. Now that the project has begun, shoppers are very much excited over this kick-off.
