The 13th graduation ceremony of Nehru Institute of Technology was held on March 16, 2025.
The ceremony was graced by the presence of the Chief Guest Ramanan Ramanathan, Founder Mission Director, ATAL Innovation Mission & Former Additional Secretary, NITI Aayog.
Krishnakumar, CEO & Secretary, Nehru Group of Institutions; Chaitanya Krishnakumar, Correspondent, Nehru International School and Nagaraja , Executive Director, Academics & Administration were present and congratulated the graduates.
Sivaraja, Principal of the institute delivered the welcome address and presented the annual report.
A total of 137 graduates have received their degrees from various faculties of UG and PG programs such as Aeronautical Engineering, Agricultural Engineering, Civil Engineering, Computer Science and Engineering, Food Technology and Master of Business Administration.
The Chief Guest Ramanan Ramanathan addressed the graduates with a motivating note and remembered the great life of Former President APJ Abdul Kalam who hailed from a village and become a role model to millions and millions of young minds.
He also added that Dare to Dream and Dream to Dare are the key aspects to achieve the goals. He also emphasized the significance of the entrepreneurial role of the graduates which will shape our country with a new dimension.
The Chief Guest advised the graduates to keep upgraded about the advancements in the latest technologies and to be startup creators rather than a job seekers. Finally, he concluded by congratulating the graduates and wishing them for their future.
