The KV Institute of Management and Information Studies (KVIM), Coimbatore, in collaboration with National College, Tiruchirappalli, organised an Experiential Leadership Training Programme titled “UNLEASH @ KVIM” on February 5, 2026, at the KVIM campus.
The programme aimed at developing leadership qualities, teamwork, decision-making skills, and self-awareness among students through activity-based and experiential learning methods.
The session was led by Raja, Assistant Professor and Outbound Trainer at KVIM, who served as the resource person for the programme.
Through carefully designed experiential activities and interactive exercises, participants were exposed to real-time leadership challenges that encouraged collaboration, problem-solving, communication, and adaptability.
Students from National College actively participated, making the programme highly engaging and impactful.
The experiential approach enabled students to connect theoretical leadership concepts with practical application, thereby enhancing their confidence and leadership mindset.
Faculty members appreciated the initiative for its innovative training methodology and its contribution to the holistic development of students.
