As a part of the Internal Quality Assurance Cell (IQAC) initiatives, KV Institute of Management and Information Studies recently conducted a Capacity Building Program on Office Management for the non-teaching staff of the institution.

This program aimed to enhance skills in office tools and communication practices essential for modern administrative functions.

In a unique and empowering approach, the session was conducted by students, who guided the non-teaching staff through practical demonstrations and hands-on exercises. This student-led initiative created an engaging learning environment and fostered mutual respect and collaboration across different roles within the institution.
