Rathinam College of Physiotherapy (RCP) conducted ANUGRAHA, a Freshmen Induction program recently at Rathinam Auditorium.
Dr. Suman CPS, an eminent Orthopedic Surgeon and the Director of Lalitha Hospital and VGM Gastro, Ortho Multispeciality Hospital, Coimbatore was the Chief Guest. Roshini (PT), Vice Principal of the college welcomed the gathering.
Karthikeyan (PT), Principal of the college reiterated the values and morals a Physiotherapy student should imbibe to become a successful professional and introduced the audience to the Physiotherapy profession, its importance and its future scope and wished them success.
Manickam, CEO & Secretary of Rathinam Groups reinforced the importance of ethics and vision of the profession and youth’s role in fulfilling the dreams of their parents and country and he noted the the importance of parenthood and their blessings to children and shared the details of achievements, innovations and entrepreneurship opportunities at the Institution.
Shima Sendhil, the Director of Rathinam Groups addressed the gathering with her informative words of optimism and wished the budding Physiotherapists good luck.
The Chief Guest delivered a mind-blowing address, emphasizing the importance of Physiotherapy in healthcare settings and highlighting that students should improve their communication skills, keep teaching others, have an empathetic approach and work with passion.
The toppers from the recently held Tamilnadu Dr. MGR Medical University exams were honoured with RCP Academic Excellence awards and were bagged by Sowmiya and Poovarasan from I & II years respectively.
