The Indian Chamber of Commerce and Industry, Coimbatore (ICCIC), extended its warm congratulations and appreciation to the Chief Minister of Tamil Nadu, M. K. Stalin, on his recent visit to Coimbatore for the inauguration of the first phase of Semmozhi Poonga, developed at a cost of ₹208 crore across 45 acres in Gandhipuram.

This project marks a significant milestone in the city’s development, and the park is expected to become a major landmark and a popular destination for both residents and visitors, said Rajesh B. Lund, President of the Chamber.

He added, “We also welcome the announcement of the TN Rising Summit, which has attracted investments worth over ₹44,000 crore. This substantial investment will not only enhance the State’s infrastructure but also create new opportunities for growth and development across various sectors.

“We believe this initiative will have a positive impact on the economy and industry, and we look forward to collaborating with the government to ensure the successful implementation of these projects.”
