GRG School of Management Studies (GRGSMS), PSGR Krishnammal College for Women, Coimbatore, hosted its annual intercollegiate management festival, ‘URJITH’, on 12 December 2025.
The event was inaugurated by Senthil Ganesh, Managing Trustee, RVS Educational Institutions, who delivered the inaugural address. The inaugural session was presided over by Yesodha Devi, Secretary of the college.
This year’s edition featured a vibrant range of competitions, including the prestigious Chandrakanthi Memorial Young Business Leader Contest (CMYBL), GRG Best Management Team, Think HR, Brand Bytes, Business Quiz, The Social Innovators, Corporate Walk, and Frame Fusion, along with two online events—Stock War and The Creative Crew.
Each contest comprised multiple rigorous rounds that tested participants’ leadership, critical thinking, negotiation skills, creativity, and domain-specific competencies.
The valedictory session was graced by Udaya Sankar, Director, NASSCOM, and Co-Founder of the Maatram Foundation, as the Chief Guest, and was presided over by Harathi, Principal of the college.
Students from colleges across South India participated, with over 900 students representing around 50 institutions. All registered participants received certificates, and winners were honoured with trophies and cash awards.
