The Internet Society Foundation (ISOC) and Krivin Academy jointly organized a Graduation Day ceremony for students who completed the Women Empowerment Technical Training in Designing and Deploying Computer Networks (DDCN) course.

The event was held at M-Inn Hotels, Saibaba Colony, Coimbatore, on 20th July 2025.

A total of 150 students from 20 colleges completed the course, which included 90 days of training and 20 days of boot camps, and received their certificates.

Out of the 150 students, 120 were women and 30 were men. Additionally, 25 trainees from cohort 1 received certificates as official tutors of the Internet Society.

Esther Kioni, Senior Director, Training and Learning; Marian Pletosu, Program Advisor, Learning and Training; and Sohini, Community Manager for the APAC region, Internet Society, presented the certificates to the graduates.

Pravina Bharath, Director, Krivin Academy, and Sudha Bhuvaneswari, President, Internet Society – Chennai Chapter, the coordinators of the DDCN Programme, were present at the event.

The delegates from the Internet Society Foundation appreciated the program coordinators for their longstanding support.

The ceremony also featured a dance performance.
