SJK Innovations, a leading provider of automated Discrete Material Handling Solutions across diverse industrial sectors, including airports, logistics, e-commerce, and distribution hubs, in Coimbatore, has reached a significant milestone with the dispatch of its 100th Intelligent Tray Retrieval System (iTRS) machine.

The 100th unit was sent to Bhogapuram, Andhra Pradesh, India, marking a major achievement in enhancing airport security screening infrastructure across the country. To be noted, SJK Innovations is the only Make in India Original Equipment Manufacturer (OEM) in this specialised category.

The iTRS is a patented automation solution used at airport security checkpoints. It streamlines the screening process by significantly improving passenger flow, reducing manual intervention, and increasing overall operational efficiency and hygiene.

SJK Innovations has successfully completed iTRS installations at several major Indian airports, including:

  • Delhi Indira Gandhi International Airport – Terminal 1 and Terminal 3
  • Lucknow Chaudhary Charan Singh International Airport
  • Goa Mopa International Airport
  • Cochin International Airport

The company is currently executing deployments at Navi Mumbai International Airport, Kempegowda International Airport in Bangalore, Guwahati International Airport, and Bhogapuram International Airport.
