Shri Nehru Maha Vidyalaya College of Arts and Science’s Faculty Development Cell organized a 7-day Faculty Development Program for all the staff members, recently.

The session was led by various resource persons including, Krishnamurthi, Corporate Trainer, Adjunct Faculty, HR, VIT, Chennai; Selvaraj, Controller of Examinations & Head, Department of Psychology, Govt. Arts College; Chitra, Principal, Sri Ramakrishna College of Arts and Science for Women and Jothiramalingam, Head, Corporate Relations, SNMV Institute of Management; Lakshmi Priya, Adjunct Faculty, Sardar Vallabhai Patel International School of Textiles and Management; Meenatchisundaram, Associate Professor, Microbiology & Coordinator, Centre for Research and Development, Shri Nehru Maha Vidyalaya College of Arts and Science and Srimathi Krishnan, Founder and CEO of SCF, served as resource persons.
The seven-day FDP have spot-lighted miscellaneous topics from teaching methodologies, stress time & student management, brain-based classroom, and teacher 5.0: Redefining Education for Tomorrow, Key Attributes and Behavioral traits for an Inspirational Teacher.
Around 120 staff members attended supportively and relished their ideas on future endeavours. As part of this FDP, the College organized a one-day outreach learning trip program to Kodaikanal for all the Teaching and Non- Teaching staff members.
