Hindusthan College of Arts & Science (HICAS), Department of Commerce with CA signed a Memorandum of Understanding (MoU) with Sri Kumara Guru Group – Airweaves to strengthen industry–academia collaboration and create enhanced learning opportunities for students.

The MoU aims to facilitate student internship training and industrial visits, enabling students to gain practical exposure to industrial operations, workplace practices, and organisational management.

Through this collaboration, students will be able to bridge the gap between theoretical knowledge and real-world applications, develop industry-relevant skills, and understand the expectations of the professional environment.

The partnership also seeks to promote experiential learning, enhance employability, and prepare students to meet the evolving demands of the industry.

Internship programmes and industrial visits will provide valuable insights into industry operations while encouraging students to develop their professional competencies and career readiness.

This initiative marks an important step towards strengthening the Institution’s commitment to holistic education through meaningful industry–institution partnership.
