Team KAIROS from PSG Institute of Technology and Applied Research (PSG iTech) has secured first place at SanDisk Cerebrum 2026, held at SanDisk, Bengaluru, for its project titled “AI-Aware SSD Scheduling for Latency-Critical LLM Serving.”
The winning team comprises third-year Computer Science and Engineering (CSE) students Samyuktha, Sridharshan and Shri Nithee.
Adding to this achievement, four teams from PSG iTech featured among the top 13 teams nationwide out of 1,200 participating teams.
