PSG College of Technology hosted a distinguished delegation from Texas Instruments (TI), India recently.
The delegation comprised Savithri Seetharaman, Vice President and ECE alumna (1989 batch); Sandeep Oswal, Senior TI Fellow; Ramanujam Thodur, Technical Talent Leader; Shagun Dusad, Distinguished Member of Technical Staff; and Neeraj Shrivastava, Senior Member of Technical Staff.
Savithri interacted with around 500 ECE students, inspiring them to strengthen their fundamentals, stay curious, and embrace continuous learning. The delegation also interacted with the Heads of EEE and Biomedical Engineering, exploring ways to extend the TI association beyond ECE and benefit students across allied disciplines.
Their discussions with Nadarajan, Dean – Placements, PSG Tech, reaffirmed the strong and enduring industry–academia partnership. TI experts also conducted technical sessions for II and III Year ECE students, offering valuable insights into the evolving semiconductor and technology landscape.
