A final year B.Tech IT student from Coimbatore’s Sri Ramakrishna Institute of Technology (SRIT), received the prestigious Internet Governance Internship Program, a press release said.
The student, A.Shalini is one among the only 10 students across the country chosen for this internship program that is offered by the National Internet Exchange of India (NIXI), New Delhi.
The Internet Governance Internship is a highly competitive national program that offers young talent hands-on exposure to the policy, technical, and administrative dimensions of internet governance in India, with close collaboration with one of the country’s key internet infrastructure institutions.
As an intern, Shalini will work at the NIXI office in New Delhi and will work regular office hours through the duration of the program, while taking him a consolidated five-figure stipend. The Management of SNR Sons Charitable Trust, the college’s Principal, faculty, and students congratulated him.
